All aspects of property and grounds maintenance are considered important to Ben, so please feel welcome to discuss anything you need and he will find a solution for you.
A large proportion of maintenance duties are carried out in house by Ben himself. Anything that requires specialist attention is supplied by one of Ben's known and trusted sub contractors and he will deal with them directly on your behalf.
Flexibility is key to ensuring your maintenance requirements are adequately and efficiently covered.

Estimates
All one off and regular work will be Estimated for free of charge, with no obligation or minimum contract term.

Call Outs
Urgent or emergency call outs are charged dependent on the service required and will be agreed verbally prior to arrival.
Contracts
Regular maintenance agreements can be provided in writing in the form of service agreements or retainer contracts.
Giving you peace of mind that everything is being checked and looked after so you can enjoy more time for yourself.
